Refund Policy
Subscription refunds, cancellations, and how to request help with billing.
At Learn Quran Pak Online, we want families to feel confident when enrolling. This Refund Policy explains how subscription payments, cancellations, and refund requests work for our online Quran classes.
1. Subscription billing
Most students are on monthly subscription plans (Basic, Standard, or Premium/Hifz) billed in advance through Stripe. Your renewal date and amount are shown at checkout and in your account or Stripe receipt emails. Charges repeat each billing cycle until you cancel.
2. Free trial or promotional periods
If we offer a free trial or introductory discount, the terms shown at signup apply. Unless stated otherwise, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the first paid period. After a paid period begins, this policy applies to that period and future charges.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription so it does not renew for the next billing period. Contact us at contact@learn-quranpak.online or through the contact form with your account email and request to cancel.
- If you subscribed through Stripe Checkout, you may also manage billing through the customer portal link in your Stripe receipt when available.
- Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless a refund is approved under section 4.
- Access to scheduled classes generally continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless we agree otherwise.
4. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis. We may approve a full or partial refund when:
- You were charged in error or twice for the same period.
- You cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge and have not completed more than two (2) scheduled live classes in that period.
- We cancel your classes for an extended period on our side (for example, no teacher availability) and cannot offer a reasonable alternative schedule.
- Technical issues on our side prevented you from attending multiple scheduled sessions and we could not resolve them promptly.
5. Non-refundable situations
We generally do not refund:
- Completed live classes or sessions you attended or no-showed without reasonable notice.
- Partial months after the 7-day window above, except where required by law.
- Fees lost due to your internet, device, or third-party video app problems.
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first—we encourage you to email us so we can help faster.
6. How to request a refund
- Email contact@learn-quranpak.online with the subject “Refund request.”
- Include your full name, account email, plan name, date of charge, and a brief reason.
- We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Banks may take additional days to post the credit.

7. Plan changes
If you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, we may prorate or apply the new rate on your next renewal, depending on how the change is processed in Stripe. Contact support before changing plans if you need clarification.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
Unauthorized charges should be reported to us immediately. Filing a bank dispute without contacting us may delay resolution and lead to account suspension during investigation.
9. Policy updates
We may update this Refund Policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Changes apply to future billing unless law requires otherwise.
