Terms of Service
Rules for using our website, student portal, and live online Quran classes.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Learn Quran Pak Online website, student portal, and online Quran classes. By registering, enrolling, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. About our service
Learn Quran Pak Online offers live online Quran education, including Tajweed, Quran reading, Hifz (memorization), and related programs, delivered by qualified teachers via video conferencing. Features may include scheduling, progress tracking, homework, and subscription-based access as described on our pricing page.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
- If you enroll a minor, you represent that you are the parent, guardian, or have legal authority to do so.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse staff, or misuse the platform.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans (such as Basic, Standard, and Premium/Hifz) are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless stated otherwise at checkout. All prices are shown in USD.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.
- Fees are due in advance for each billing period. Failure to pay may result in paused or cancelled access to classes.
- We may change plan features or prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice where required. Existing paid periods are generally honored at the rate charged at checkout.
Refund and cancellation rules are described in our Refund Policy.
4. Classes, scheduling, and attendance
- Class times are arranged based on teacher availability and your time zone. Please be ready a few minutes before each session with a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone as needed.
- Missed classes due to student absence may not always be rescheduled or credited unless we agree otherwise in writing or as stated in your plan.
- We may substitute a qualified teacher when necessary and will try to minimize disruption.
- We are not responsible for outages caused by your device, internet provider, or third-party video platforms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, discriminate against, or behave inappropriately toward teachers, staff, or other users.
- Record, redistribute, or publicly share class content without our written permission.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the website or portal.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may remove access immediately for serious violations.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, curriculum materials, and platform software are owned by Learn Quran Pak Online or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal license to use the portal for your own learning. Quran text and traditional religious content remain in the public domain or belong to their respective sources; our teaching materials and platform remain our property.
7. Disclaimers
We strive to provide quality Islamic education, but we do not guarantee specific results (such as completion of Hifz within a set time). Religious guidance for personal matters should be sought from qualified local scholars. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Learn Quran Pak Online and its teachers, staff, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription as described in the Refund Policy. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or operational reasons, with notice when practical.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply in your country. Disputes should first be raised with us at contact@learn-quranpak.online so we can try to resolve them informally.
